An example of the integration of a ticketing system for trams and an onboard system using a fiber network.

In a certain region of France, a large-scale tram development is planned to connect the northern and southern communities, with a distance of 14.5 km and 31 stations. To complete this transportation development project within budget, it is necessary to make the tram network infrastructure cost-effective. Infotainment will be provided to passengers inside the tram through audio speakers and display boards, while IP cameras will be used to ensure smooth operation of the trams. During maintenance, the vehicles will connect to the depot via secure wireless access points. Additionally, to enhance passenger convenience, ticket purchasing will be made available at automatic ticket kiosks at each stop.
